colada is used for the planning and implementation of events, as well as visitor management at specific locations.

Fully digitalized visitor management

The aim of the introduction of colada was the seamless digitalization of various, at first glance very different, registration processes. These include the following:

• Registration (individual) at the welcome desks
• Registration (and planning) of visitor groups, including their daily programs
• Check-in with automatic badge printing
• Check-in with TISAX-compliant signature on iPads
• Pre-registration of guests by own employees (incl. notification when arrived)
• Welcome screens with display of guests and their companies

With colada, visitors from different locations can be logged in from a central location via the same process and with different hardware configurations and issued with badges directly.
