Together with the Freiburg-based event agency Mehrpunkt, we had the opportunity to create colada.agenda for Bechtle Microsoft World 2026. The result: an event agenda that’s not only practical and easy to navigate, but also looks really great!

colada.agenda you present your event program completely in your corporate design, from colors to filters to the entire user interface.

Everything at a glance and always at hand: room information, session details and speaker profiles are clearly bundled and can be found quickly.

Using various filters, you can choose to show or hide specific content based on inspiring people, days you’ll be there, or locations you’re planning to visit anyway. With a personal login, you can also create wish lists and save highlights—turning the agenda into a personalized experience for every visitor!

And because with colada the fun doesn’t stop at the front end, the back end remains intuitive, flexible and perfectly adaptable to company needs. Program managers retain full control; sessions, speakers, times and rooms can be set up directly in the back office and adjusted at any time, without any dependence on a technical service provider.
