A business event like SAP NOW 24 comprises around 100 sessions divided into 9 subject areas that need to be presented as clearly as possible. Visitors should be able to get information quickly and at the same time “click together” their personal agenda.

Interactive location map

Wouldn’t it be great if visitors to a trade fair or exhibition could access something like Google Maps? An interactive map that you can simply zoom in and out of and search for specific things such as exhibitors?

This can be realized in colada.designer with the functions for “Exhibitions”. The floor plans can be entered in the drawing as usual, but the exhibitors can also be entered under the “Exhibitors” menu item and provided with the most important basic data.

Once the data and logos have been entered, the exhibitors can be placed in the drawing, whereby the size of the exhibition space can be freely defined.
