colada.cloudprint – The smart printing solution for events

colada.cloudprint is an innovative extension of colada365 that offers event organizers a completely cloud-based, flexible and easy-to-use printing infrastructure.

Instead of laboriously wiring or manually configuring printers, devices automatically connect to colada365 as soon as they are supplied with power. All control and assignment is carried out centrally via the colada.assistant.

The special feature: With colada.cloudprint, check-in solutions can be set up in which any iPad or mobile device can print with colada.assistant on any configured printer in the network – without any cables, driver installation or special technical knowledge.

Functionality

  • A guest scans their QR code using a scanner or mobile device.
  • colada365 receives the scan and checks which printer the respective scanner or device is assigned to.
  • The generated ticket is automatically sent to the correct printer.
  • The printer prints the personalized ticket within a few seconds.
  • End-to-end time: only 6 -15 seconds from scan to ticket. (Depending on the size and print request)
