– Booking or purchase before the event– Authorization to enter the event and any additional areas– Issued directly after the booking process and sent automatically– Usually only one-time entryTickets can be provided on paper or digitally– Depending on the intended use, there are forms with QR code, RFID, or other technologies<\/td><\/tr>
Badges (ID cards)<\/td>
– Are usually produced and issued on site at the event– At certain events in the form of an accreditation– “Labeling” of guests with name and company– Badges can also include additional event information such as agenda or other authorizations– Content can be moved from event to event and is basically arbitrary<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

An event ticket<\/strong> is basically your admission ticket<\/strong> to an event. It is a small, official piece of paper or digital file that confirms that you have paid to attend a particular event. <\/p>\n\n

Payment:<\/strong> The ticket is proof that the admission price has been paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Information:<\/strong> The ticket often contains important information such as the date, location, time of the event, seat location if applicable and sometimes the name of the organizer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Security:<\/strong> Tickets can also be provided with security features to prevent counterfeiting or to provide additional important information. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Organization:<\/strong> Tickets enable event organizers to plan visitor numbers precisely and allocate seats in an orderly fashion. For guests, this means a guaranteed seat reservation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

Types of event tickets:<\/h3>\n\n

Paper tickets:<\/strong> Classic paper tickets that you receive at the ticket office or by post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
E-tickets:<\/strong> Digital tickets that are sent by e-mail and can either be printed out or shown directly on a smartphone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mobile tickets:<\/strong> Tickets that are stored exclusively on the smartphone and presented via an app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

Formats<\/h2>\n\n
The most common formats for badges (here the example with paper) range from 86x54mm (size of a credit card) to 97x134mm, which can then also be provided with photos and accreditations for areas, for example.<\/p>\n\n

Holes are pre-punched for attaching lanyards and can simply be pressed out if required.<\/p>\n\n

Design<\/h2>\n\n
Depending on the printer, the design can be any size (sloping edges) and can be filled with all fields stored in colada. These can be static or dynamic fields, such as room or table numbers. <\/p>\n\n
