This year&#8217;s <strong>FELIX Sport Award<\/strong> in Dortmund&#8217;s Westfalenhalle was attended by over 800 invited guests from the worlds of sport, politics, media and associations. And everyone had to find their place &#8211; organized, structured and flexible. The solution: <strong>colada.designer<\/strong> for table seating and <strong>colada.assistant<\/strong> for check-in.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Table planning as a dynamic process<\/h3>\n\n<p>The guests of the FELIX Sport Awards come in groups &#8211; often on behalf of sports associations, disciplines or sponsors. The challenge: all these groups should be placed in a meaningful, visible and representative way at round tables in the hall. Several stations (smartphone\/tablet), hundreds of guests, VIPs and press &#8211; everything had to run smoothly. And it did:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check-in stations<\/strong> with display of the assigned seat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Live sync with the seating plan<\/strong>: Whoever was checked in was automatically marked in the table plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Latest changes? No problem.<\/strong>  Guests who had to be relocated at short notice could be reassigned directly on site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The result: an evening with structure and lightness<\/h3>\n\n<p>What appeared to be a smooth process from the outside was a finely orchestrated interplay of technology, planning and flexibility in the background.
