These can be managed uniformly at this level. All images, all fonts or icons, etc.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Collections can then be created from this potentially <strong>large pool<\/strong>, i.e. <strong>specific folders<\/strong> that can be <strong>freely defined<\/strong> and populated <strong>with a wide variety of assets <\/strong>. A collection could be called &#8220;Launch&#8221;, for example, and contain all the texts and photos that are to be provided for a launch. These collections can then be <strong>selected individually in the frontend<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>details of an asset<\/strong> are divided into <strong>static data<\/strong>, such as description or tags, and <strong>dynamic data<\/strong>, such as status or history. However, it is also important to be able to <g id=\"gid_3\">comment<\/g> on the <g id=\"gid_3\">assets<\/g> &#8211; with mentions from colleagues so that they are notified accordingly. You can also create <g id=\"gid_4\">your own tasks<\/g> for the assets. This is very helpful if further work is to be done on the assets.
