How colada.designer and colada.assistant perfected the course of one of NRW’s biggest sporting events

Big events mean big challenges – especially when it comes to the smooth running and seating of hundreds of guests. This year’s FELIX Sport Award in Dortmund’s Westfalenhalle was attended by over 800 invited guests from the worlds of sport, politics, media and associations. • Live sync with the seating plan: Whoever was checked in was automatically marked in the table plan
• Latest changes? No problem. Guests who had to be relocated at short notice could be reassigned directly on site
