colada.bridge keeps your guest data synchronized between colada365 and your other tools – automatically, in both directions. Once configured, colada.bridge runs unnoticed in the background!

1. connect and assign

Enter access, select event, done. colada.bridge reads the live schema of each system and suggests the field assignment. Your own Swoogo questions, colada custom fields and HubSpot CRM properties are automatically recognized and assigned by name and label. You then check, adjust and save the special cases.

2. two-way sync with secure conflict resolution

Changes flow in both directions. If the same guest has been changed on both sides between two runs, colada.bridge shows both versions side by side. You decide for each case: source wins, destination wins or simply ignore. When you confirm, both data sets are reloaded, so no outdated version will ever overwrite the last correction made by your team!

3. everything is comprehensible

Sync according to schedule or by trigger – registration, check-in, status change. Every run, every written data record, every resolved conflict is logged in plain text. Questions such as “Has this guest received the welcome email?” are answered in 30 seconds.
