We learned how ticket management works in the article “Tickets and ticket management”. Now we will look at how a tournament schedule can be created with colada.torneo and linked to the ticket.

Priority No. 1: A simple front end for the brokers

As a partner of a sports league such as UEFA, tickets for matches should be distributed as efficiently as possible to stakeholders in the company and in the relevant departments and regions. To make this easy, colada.torneo offers a very easy-to-use portal where users can see and request the matches available to them in the possible rounds in the destinations – but can then also take over the guest management.

In the example screenshot you can now see the rounds and dates as well as the possible games that can be booked for each round. Users can now request and book tickets directly with their profile and then manage their own guests using the same workflow.

Structure of colada.torneo

The structure of the application is very simple and consists of the usual “colada” ingredients.

Any number of tournaments, which are once again called “Campaigns”, can be managed in the backend. This allows companies with multiple engagements to host everything centrally on one platform.

The global settings in the menu are the teams, locations and the settings for the explorer (front end).

One level lower are the details of the rounds and the individual games where everything comes together.

To ensure that everything is perfect in the end, we provide the option of designing the entire look & feel of the frontend according to customer specifications in the colada explorer – right down to the last color and favicon.
